Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 01, 2025

By registering for or participating in any program, event, or activity offered by Ballergy Sports (“Ballergy”), you (“Participant” or “Parent/Guardian”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Payment

  • All participants must be registered and fees paid in full before the start of the program.
  • Ballergy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to low enrollment, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Refunds may be issued according to our Refund Policy, less any non-refundable deposit or processing fees.

2. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, teammates, and opponents.
  • Bullying, harassment, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
  • Parents/guardians are expected to support a positive environment and communicate respectfully with staff.

3. Health & Safety

  • Participants must be physically fit to participate and notify Ballergy of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries.
  • Ballergy is not responsible for injuries or accidents unless caused by proven negligence.
  • A responsible adult must be present or available during youth sessions if required by the program.

4. Media Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant Ballergy permission to photograph and/or video your child for promotional and social media purposes. No personal identifying info will be shared without consent.

5. Liability Waiver

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. By registering, you agree to release and hold harmless Ballergy Sports, its coaches, volunteers, and facility partners from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage during program activities.

6. Cancellations & Weather

Programs may be cancelled due to weather, facility closure, or safety concerns. Ballergy will notify parents via email or text as soon as possible. Make-up sessions may be offered when feasible but are not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

Your personal information will be used solely for program administration, emergency contact, and Ballergy-related communications. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

8. Amendments

Ballergy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted online and shared with registered families when material changes occur.

By registering for any Ballergy program, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
