Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 01, 2025

At Ballergy Sports, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while supporting the costs of organizing and operating youth basketball programs.


1. Cancellations by Participant (Parent/Guardian)

  • 7+ days before program start:
    ✅ Full refund, minus a $15 administrative fee.
  • Less than 7 days before program start:
    ➖ 50% refund, unless the spot can be filled by another participant.
  • After program starts:
    🚫 No refunds unless due to a medical reason with a doctor’s note.

2. Medical Withdrawals

  • If your child cannot participate due to illness or injury, you may receive a pro-rated refund based on the remaining sessions. A doctor’s note may be required.

3. Cancellations by Ballergy

  • If a program is cancelled due to low enrollment, facility issues, or staffing, you will receive a full refund.
  • If a single session is cancelled (e.g., due to weather or gym closure), we will attempt to reschedule. No refund is guaranteed for missed make-up sessions.

4. No-Shows

  • No refunds will be given for participants who miss sessions without prior notice.

5. Transfers

  • If space permits, you may transfer your child to another session or program of equal value at no additional cost.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to [your email address].
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
